AKONCITY
AKONCITY seeks to address the need for mixed use development, with a vison to create a business, residential, entertainment, technology, education, sport, African village and SENWOOD district with a recreational enclave for the surrounding area to address the market needs for the development in Senegal.
The project is more than a business valley in the traditional sense. The project
seeks to become a hub for work, accommodation, dinning, shopping, fitness, spa and
recreational activities. Thus, extreme dedication was used by Mr. Akon and BAD Consultant
in selecting the project shite, which is easily accessible to most of Dakar visitors.
