DIAMNIADIO LAKE CITY
DLC was designed to facilitate the evolution of technology to become the symbol of architectural transition from the present to the future. DLC was programmed at 1.5 million sq. m. to accommodate the first inclusive financial district to be surrounded by offices, residential, educational, retail, hotels and recreational facilities.
Environmental modeling programs were used to develop the building forms, permitting natural lighting and views while reducing solar gain and energy reduction.
